What is IRCNS?

IRCNS is short for International Research Center of Natural Sciences, established in 1999 by Drs. Rajeev and Suchada Marwah.

IRCNS‘s mission is to spread and uplift the professional practice of Ayurveda and holistic healing services through consultancy, specialized treatment programs, internationally-accredited education and training programs, and high-quality natural products.

In order to effectively fulfill its goals, AYU Center for Well Being was set up to focus on providing authentic healing and healthy living programs in its own facilities.

IRCNS, with the help of its founders, has also set up the Ayurveda and Holistic Healing Foundation to serve as a source of information and education on the philosophy, principles, theories and practice of authentic Ayurveda, and other natural healing sciences like acupressure, magnet therapy, spiritual sciences, etc. The Foundation also aims to foster the relationship between contemporary medicine and traditional complementary medicine by organizing international health seminars and educational workshops on a range of complementary modalities. Personalised Health Care

We believe that all people are unique. As such, their sensitivity to various factors like food, climate changes, air pollution, noise, etc. is different. Their emotional responses to different life situations will also be different. Therefore, our health and wellness programs are tailored individually to reflect and respect this uniqueness. Each of us is a unique combination of these energies. It is very important that we correctly identify our nature – what is our state of balance, or essentially when we have the optimal level of energy. This determines how young we are. Lack of energy makes us old – our age has nothing to do with it!

Based on Ayurveda

Ayurveda or the ancient, time-tested science of life recognises that everything within a person and everything around is ENERGY. We know that energy is capable of changing form. Broadly, there are 3 kinds of operational energies:

Energy of movement (VATA), Energy of change (PITTA), Energy of structure (KAPHA)

Each of us is a unique combination of these energies. It is very important that we correctly identify our nature – what is our state of balance, or essentially when we have the optimal level of energy. This determines how young we are. Lack of energy makes us old – our age has nothing to do with it!

Keeping this principle in mind, we focus on identifying and clearing energy blockages in a person, determining the root cause of any health disorder and removing it permanently.

Integrated Treatments

We use the word integrated because we work with:

(a) The “whole” person, meaning we not only treat the physical self but give equal importance to understanding the emotional, mental, and spiritual consciousness of a person.

(b) Complementary healing modalities that are holistic and natural are sometimes combined to give better results. For example, as part of a program, Ayurveda therapies may be offered in combination with acupressure or magnet therapy.

Health Education

A good healer is one who makes more healers.” We help an individual understand that he is his own best doctor and encourage him to take full interest and responsibility for his health. Personalised counselling sessions, health charts, and home, self-applied remedies are part of all our programs giving the individual an opportunity to learn more about him.

Are there any restrictions during a program?

You should refrain from any kind of physical exertion that may arise from activities like running, jogging, and swimming in cold water, rigorous sport, or weight lifting. Leisure walks are encouraged in a warm environment. Yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques are also good. The use of TV, computers, and mobiles is not encouraged immediately after a treatment.Cold food, cold water, coffee, and alcohol are to be avoided after a treatment.

Not following the above guidance may result in a more severe “Healing Crisis”.

What is a Healing Crisis?

A “Healing Crisis” is a normal, temporary condition in which a person may experience symptoms like fever, headache, tiredness, frequent urination, running nose, increased appetite, or increased thirst after a treatment. It is best to allow your body to go through the entire “Healing Crisis”, as the body is undergoing positive changes at a deeper level.  Usually these positive changes are permanent in nature, if one continues to maintain a lifestyle in harmony with your basic nature.

I also suffered from a severe balance disorder, with symptoms of chronic fatigue and Continue Reading
